Moody's banking downgrades: A three-notch cut for CS. Two-notch rating cuts for JPM, C, MS, GS; just one notch for BAC. After hours: MS +3.7%; JPM +1%; BAC +1%; C +0.6%.

Equus Total Return (EQS) sells its 55% fully-diluted equity interest in Sovereign Business Forms back to the company for $6.36 million in cash. Sovereign is a business forms manufacturer which operates five printing plants in Texas, Kansas, Tennessee, and Massachusetts. Shares +0.5% AH

Harvest Natural Resources (HNR) soar after it says its wholly-owned subsidiary, HNR Energia, has signed a $725M Share Purchase Agreement with PT Pertamina, or Persero, the national oil company of Indonesia, to sell all of the Company's interests in Venezuela in an all-cash transaction. Shares +84% AH.

Monster Beverage (MNST) +3.1% AH on news it will be replacing Sara Lee (SLE) in the S&P 500 as of the close of trading on June 28.
 
Ryder (R) cuts its Q2 and FY12 guidance due to lower than expected results in its Fleet Management Solutions business segment and unusually high medical benefit costs. It now expects it Q2 EPS to be between $0.90 - $0.95, and its FY12 EPS to come in around $3.65 - $3.85. The Street consensus is for its Q2 EPS to be $1.10 and FY12 at $4.09. Shares -8% AH
