(AAPL) Apple 420s on on mid day Monday.(AAPL)Apple shares drop after two analysts express caution.Shares of Apple (AAPL) are falling after two analysts.Shares of Apple (AAPL) are falling after two analysts expressed negative sentiments about the company in notes to investors earlier today. CLSA analyst Avi Silver downgraded Apple shares to Outperform from Buy. Silver lowered his forecast for the company's earnings per share for its quarter ending in June, partly due to a reduction in his iPhone sales estimate. Apple probably won't release a "much needed" iPhone with a larger screen this year, the analyst added. The company's smartphone sales could be hurt by this omission, Silver warns. The analyst reduced his price target on the stock to $505 from $575 but still believes that Apple's risk/reward ratio is favorable at current levels. Meanwhile, Robert W. Baird analyst William Power wrote that iPhone 5 and iPad orders seem to be running below analysts' average estimates, based on Apple's orders with its Asian suppliers. Furthermore, Power thinks the lower priced iPad Mini will make up a greater percentage of the company's total iPad sales than he had previously believed. This change will reduce the company's revenue and margins, the analyst wrote. Power maintained a $465 price target and Neutral rating on Apple shares. Analysts' sentiment on Apple appears to have deteriorated a bit over the last month. Eighteen analysts have Strong Buy ratings on the shares this month, down from 21 last month, according to Thompson Reuters. The number of analysts with Hold ratings on the stock has risen to 10 from 7 over the same period. In late morning trading, Apple fell $5.00, or 1.2%, to $426Next resistance is at $435-$439. Support at $420 are need to hold.
