Oracle (ORCL) guides on its FQ3 call for FQ4 revenue growth of -2% to +2% and EPS of $0.76-$0.81 (no forex adjustments); the former is below a consensus for 3.4% growth, while the latter is largely above a $0.76 consensus. New software license revenue growth is expected to be -2% to +8% Y/Y. Hardware revenue, which was down sharply in FQ3, is expected to be flat to up $100M-$110M Q/Q. ORCL now +0.1% AH

FSI International (FSII): FQ2 EPS of $0.09 beats by $0.04. Revenue of $38.5M (+25% Y/Y) beats by $6.5M. Shares +10.4% AH

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (KKD): Q4 EPS of $0.06 misses by $0.01. Revenue of $102M (+11.2% Y/Y) in-line. Shares +5.2% AH

Jabil Circuit (JBL): FQ2 beats on both a per share an revenue basis, but warns that its FQ3 EPS will likely miss estimates. It now expects to earn between $0.49 - $0.59 per share. Consensus estimates are for an EPS of $0.58. Shares -2.2% AH.

Ariad Pharmaceuticals (ARIA) -1.7% AH after an FDA panel votes13-1 not to recommend Taltorvic, a sarcoma drug developed by Ariad and Merck (MRK). The panel concluded Taltorvic's short-term benefits fail to "outweigh the risks of adverse reactions and a lack of evidence of improved overall survival." A rival drug from GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) received a thumbs-up earlier today.

Top Bank Stocks: Bank of America Corporation (BAC), Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) & Citi group Inc (C)

Below the three stocks to watch for Tuesday's trading. Bank of America Corporation (BAC), Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) & Citi group Inc (C).I will keep watching for all 3 stocks today.

Bank of America Corporation (BAC)-Bank of America Corp (BAC) is  trading over $9.80 and stock has support area is $9.50.BAC will now have resistance at $10.10. This is my one of the Top Pick for 2012.

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS)-Shares of Goldman Sachs Group (GS) has next  resistance $130. Stock is now a strong buy below $100.Stock has some support area $115.

Citigroup Inc.(C)-Share of Citigroup is trading over all  moving average which is bullish side now. Stock has short term support is $30 and long term support area is $21.Share of Citigroup Inc.(C)is break out $40 which is now new resistance area. Citigroup has  next big resistance will be over $41-$42. If C  has next support level near $21 which is good buying opportunity  for long term. I think time to buy long term  buy in low $20s because there is some bounce stock can go $40-445 area for next 12 months.This is my one of the Top Pick for 2012.

Crude oil prices have been surging recently, and there is little sign that the momentum will be slowing down. Every time crude oil reaches these types of elevated levels, it seems that interest in alternative forms of energy also rise. Solar is one type of alternative energy that gets particular attention, and should be on investors' radar going into 2012.  

Chinese solar stocks fly off of the news that the U.S. will slap tariffs on solar panels imported from China at a lower rate than was expected. The tariffs - set at 2.9% to 4.73% - are a reaction to subsidies the U.S. government says China gave to manufacturers.
