Top Analyst Upgrades & Downgrades : DNDN, DELL, MOS, HGSI, TSLA, YHOO - 2/22/12

These are some of the top analyst upgrades, downgrades, and initiations seen from Wall Street brokerage and research firms today.If you are looking to day trade, you might want to check out the following stocks. Dell (DELL), Dendreon (DNDN), Mosaic (MOS), Human Genome (HGSI), Tesla Motors (TSLA)  and Yahoo! (YHOO)were upgraded or downgraded by analysts.

Dell (DELL) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Citigroup.Citigroup downgraded Dell citingweakening prospects for additional margin expansion after the company's gross margin missed expectations in Q4. Citi lowered its price target for shares to $19 from $20.

Dendreon (DNDN) coverage assumed with a Neutral at Citigroup.Citigroup cites competitive threats from Zytiga and MDV3100 and declining same-store-sales trends for its Neutral rating on Dendreon. The firm has a $16 price target for shares.

Mosaic (MOS) upgraded to Buy from Hold at Canaccord.Canaccord upgraded Mosaic citing the settlement of the South Fort Meade phosphate mine litigation. Price target raised to $73 from $62.

Human Genome (HGSI) downgraded to Sector Perform from Outperform at RBC Capital.RBC Capital downgraded Human Genome citing valuation and high consensus estimates for Benlysta. Price target lowered to $10 from $15.

Tesla Motors (TSLA) initiated with a Buy at ThinkEquity.Target $39.

Yahoo! (YHOO) downgraded to Underperform from Buy at CLSA.CLSA downgraded Yahoo citing increased uncertainty into the timing and pricing of its Asian asset sales and near-term financial volatility from new CEO restructuring actions. The firm lowered its price target to $15 from $19 and said shares lack catalysts.
