Vivus (VVUS) shares resume trading, +90.6% after an FDA advisory panel votes to recommend Qnexa. Also with weight-loss drugs waiting for approval: ARNA +18.8%, OREX +14%
 
Questcor Pharmaceuticals (QCOR): Q4 EPS of $0.47 beats by $0.06. Revenue of $75.5M (+157% Y/Y). Shares +3.3% AH.

DryShips (DRYS): Q4 EPS of $0.07 misses by $0.01. Revenue of $328M (+52% Y/Y) beats by $41M. Shares +2.4% AH.

Hansen Medical (HNSN): Q4 EPS of -$0.16 beats by $0.01. Revenue of $6.2M (+77% Y/Y) in-line. Shares +3.3% AH
Smith Micro Software (SMSI): Q4 EPS of -$0.12 beats by $0.08. Revenue of $11.2M (-68% Y/Y) misses by $2M. Shares -7.4% AH.

Continental Resources (CLR): Q4 EPS of ($0.62) may not be comparable to expectations for profit of $0.77 (it includes $402M or $2.22/share derivatives loss). Revenue of $508M (before $402M derivatives loss) beats by $27M. Shares flat AH.

Polypore International (PPO): Q4 misses estimates across the board, despite a 12% Y/Y jump in revenue and sales. The stock is down after hours however, as the company says it expects Q1 results to come in below expectations. Polypore International (PPO): Q4 EPS of $0.58 misses by $0.01. Revenue of $191M (+12.7% Y/Y) misses by $5M

Hewlett-Packard (HPQ): FQ1 EPS of $0.92 beats by $0.05. Revenue of $30B (-7% Y/Y) misses by $700M. Company expects FQ2 EPS of $0.88-$0.91, below $0.95 consensus. Reiterates guidance for FY12 EPS of $4, below $4.08 consensus. Shares -2.5% AH
