More from Facebook's S-1: No details are provided on the expected IPO valuation. R&D spending rose 169% Y/Y in 2011 to $388M, while SG&A spending rose 132% to $707M - both figures easily outpace revenue growth. The company claims 845M monthly active users (MAUs) as of year's end (+39% Y/Y), and 425M mobile MAUs. Zynga (ZNGA) represented 12% of Facebook's 2011 revenue. ZNGA +2.8% AH.

Education Management (EDMC): FQ2 EPS of $0.49 beats by $0.03. Revenue of $737.2M (-4.5% Y/Y) misses by $10M. Shares -1.5% AH.

NewMarket (NEU): Q4 EPS of $2.57 misses by $0.85. Revenue of $505.6M (+9.8% Y/Y) misses by $14M. Shares -5.1% AH.

Advanced Technologies' (GTAT) FQ3: The maker of solar manufacturing gear reiterates its FY12 revenue guidance range of $950M-$1.05B, but slightly lowering EPS guidance to $1.45-$1.60 from a prior $1.45-$1.65. GT, which had no debt at quarter's end, also says it obtained a $175M credit facility and a $75M term loan facility. GTAT -5.8% AH.
