Barclays maintains an 'Equalweight' on  Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) price target of $70.00 (from $80.00).

Analyst, Anthony DiClemente, said, "While Netflix will maintain non-exclusive rights to EPIX content, we believe Netflix's unwillingness or inability to pay up for exclusivity suggests that it may not have the capital necessary to bid for top quality domestic content. Netflix's ongoing push into international territories requires a substantial investment that we believe may be coming at the expense of the domestic business, where content costs for Netflix continue to rise at a rapid pace. Given our more cautious outlook for Netflix near term, we are lowering our target to $70."

Shares of Netflix closed at $55.93 yesterday, with a 52 week range of $52.81-$221.98.
