I usually throw these on my watch list and monitor with resistance &  support levels. You can also check previous stocks to buy reports- Right Here.

JPMorgan upgraded TASER International (NASDAQ: TASR) from Neutral to Overweight with a price target of $7.50 (from $6.00).Shares of TASER International closed at $5.99 yesterday, with a 52 week range of $3.96-$6.49.

RBC Capital upgraded Broadcom (NASDAQ: BRCM) from Sector Perform to Outperform with a price target of $46.00 (from $38.00), despite a broader Semiconductor Sector downgrade.

Analyst Doug Freedman comments, "Product pipeline is ripe with potential content and unit increases ahead, as the rate of OpEx growth is set to decelerate, driving operating margins higher. We believe that BRCM’s ability to drive recurring business and steady design wins stems from customized software. As an example, the company remains well-positioned to hold onto slots at Apple as we expect Apple could grow towards 15% of total revenues in 2012 from 13% in 2011. In addition, we believe BRCM could be in a position to win back market-share from QCOM’s 8960 platform. In 2013-2014, BRCM appears to have integration opportunities ahead outside of upcoming NFC, including power amplifiers and RF content."

Shares of Broadcom closed at $36.09 yesterday, with a 52 week range of $27.59-$39.66.

Oppenheimer downgraded Bed Bath & Beyond (NASDAQ: BBBY) from Outperform to Perform with a price target of $80.Shares of Bed Bath & Beyond closed at $70.77 yesterday, with a 52 week range of $53.15-$75.84.

Jefferies downgraded Alcoa (NYSE: AA) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $11.00.

The analyst comments, "We have said for some time that if/when Alcoa shares got an upside bump, we would be inclined to downgrade the stock. It did. We are downgrading. Within base metals, we strongly prefer the shares of FCX (NYSE: FCX)."

Shares of Alcoa closed at $9.58 yesterday, with a 52 week range of $7.97-$11.75.
