Expects 2012 EPS of $4-$4.50, above $3.95 consensus. Company also announces it's developing a 139MW California solar project, and that CEO James Hughes has been added to the board. Shares +13.5% AH

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (GMCR): FQ3 EPS of $0.52 beats by $0.02. Revenue of $869M (+21% Y/Y) misses by $4M. Lowers FY13 EPS estimate to $2.55-$2.60.Shares +5.4% AH
