Europe market closing price: Plummeting on disappointment of no further ECB action, European shares close on the lows. Stoxx 50 -3%, Germany -2.2%, France -2.5%, Italy -4.6%, Spain (seemingly being forced to submit to a bailout) -5.5%, U.K. -0.9%. Any shorts who managed to hang on through the euro's early rocket higher are rewarded as the currency gives up 250 pips in a couple of hours
