Amazon.com (AMZN): Q1 EPS of $0.28 beats by $0.21. Revenue of $13.18B (+34% Y/Y) beats by $228M. Expects Q2 revenue of $11.9B-$13.3B vs. $12.8B consensus.More on Amazon's Q1: Operating income of $192M well above guidance, but down 40% Y/Y. Company expects Q2 operating income of -$260M to $40M. North American sales +36% Y/Y (+37% in Q4), international +31% (even with Q4). Merchandise sales +43%, media +19%. Cost of sales growth (+32%) slightly below revenue growth, but fulfillment expense growth (+51%) well above. $960M in shares repurchased. No specifics on Kindle sales. AMZN +10.2% AH

Skyworks (SWKS): FQ2 EPS of $0.42 beats by $0.02. Revenue of $364.7M (+12% Y/Y) beats by $3.6M. Expects FQ3 revenue of $383M and EPS of $0.44 vs. consensus of $382.6M and $0.44. Shares +3.9% AH

Expedia (EXPE): Q1 EPS of $0.26 beats by $0.10. Revenue of $816M (+12% Y/Y) beats by $25M
Expedia's Q1: Strong results fueled by 24% Y/Y increase in room nights (37% for Hotels.com), up from 19% in Q4. Hotel revenue (70% of total) +17%, offsetting a 17% drop in plane ticket revenue (11% of total) due to lower prices. All other revenue sources (car rentals, ads, etc. ) +15%. $291M worth of shares repurchased. EXPE +16.5% AH. PCLN +0.8%. TZOO +1.7%. TRIP +2.2%

Jazz Pharmaceuticals (JAZZ) +11.2% AH after agreeing to acquire privately-held EUSA Pharma for as much as $700M in cash. EUSA's FDA-approved Erwinaze treatment blocks cell growth in patients with acute leukemia by cutting down asparagine levels in the bloodstream. Jazz expects the deal to add $210M-$230M in revenue and $0.75-$0.85/share in earnings

ResMed (RMD): FQ3 EPS of $0.44 beats by $0.03. Revenue of $349M (+11.5% Y/Y) beats by $10M. Shares +5.3% AH.

Cray (CRAY): Q1 EPS of $0.13 beats by $0.10. Revenue of $112M (+182% Y/Y) beats by $13M. Shares +7.8% AH.

Allscripts (MDRX) -45.8% AH after posting a bleak Q1 report and announcing a significant management shakeup. Chairman Phil Pead has been kicked out, and 3 board members who disagreed are resigning. CFO Bill Davis is also stepping down. AllScripts' Q1 revenue of $365.5M and EPS of $0.12 missed by $22.2M and $0.12. The company now expects 2012 revenue of $1.48B-$1.52B and EPS of $0.74-$0.80, below a consensus of $1.64B and $1.09. QSII -6.3% in sympathy

Nanometrics (NANO): Q1 EPS of $0.12 misses by $0.01. Revenue of $55M (-11% Y/Y) beats by $1M. Shares -4.8% AH

Starbucks (SBUX) -5% AH after beating FQ2 estimates but guiding for FY12 EPS of $1.81-$1.84, below a consensus of $1.86. During its earnings call, Starbucks said it's increasing its target for new Asian stores on the year to 400 from 300, with half of the openings in China. 1,000 new stores are expected overall. GMCR -1.9%, though Starbucks promised to bring single-serve coffee to China and saw K-Cups contributing $0.03-$0.05 to FY12 EPS

Deckers Outdoor (DECK): Q1 EPS of $0.20 misses by $0.05. Revenue of $246.3M (+20.2% Y/Y) in-line. UGG! Deckers (DECK) -16.1% AH
