After Hours News:

Crox (CROX) expects Q4 revenue to come in on the high end of its previously-issued guidance of $200M-$205M, which it says should help push FY11 revenue over the $1B threshold. Shares up 4.7% AH

Mattress Firm (MFRM) raises its FY11 sales guidance, now saying it expects revenue to be in the range from $690M - $695M, compared to $494M over the same period last year. Prior revenue guidance was for $685M - $690M. Shares +4.5% AH

Synnex (SNX): Q4 beats across-the-board as earnings jumped 34% Y/Y on continued strong sales growth and better margins. The company also reafirms its guidance in-line with Street estimates. Shares +2.8% AH

Urban Outfitters (URBN) drops 11.9% AH after announcing CEO Glen T. Senk has resigned. Senk, who had held the title since 2007, will be replaced by Chairman Dick Hayne - a move that's likely to stir speculation that Senk was pushed out

Microsoft (MSFT) -1.4% AH after Bloomberg reports the company says PC sales probably were worse than expected in Q4 due to the floods in Thailand.

Coldwater Creek (CWTR) falls 6.8% AH after warning it expects FQ4 (ends in January) EPS of -$0.18 to -$0.24
