Futures up marginally after yesterday's party
- Stock index futures are ahead marginally after yesterday's moonshot. There's no budget or debt ceiling deal, but the President and GOP are talking.
- Europe is up moderately and Asia scored big gains overnight.
- The 10-year Treasury yield is one basis point higher to 2.69%.
- Gold is firmly below $1,300 again, off 1% to $1,284.
- Earnings season is about to get moving in a larger way today with reports from JPMorgan and Wells Fargo before the bell ... expectations for all the banking giants are low this season.
