After Hours Earning News:
Avon Products (AVP) gains 5.3% AH after announcing it will split its Chairman and CEO roles. Andrea Jung, who currently holds both titles, will be named Executive Chairman, and the company will "undertake an external search" to find a new CEO. Avon shares have been battered this year by weak earnings and an SEC probe, with the decline leading some to view it as an acquisition target.
ABM Industries (ABM), a provider of facility staffing services, drops 4.7% AH after delivering its FQ4 report. EPS of $0.37 beat by a penny, and revenue of $1.08B (+20% Y/Y) was in-line. However, the company is guiding for FY12 EPS of $1.40-$1.50, a range that's largely below a $1.49 consensus.
Cheniere Energy (LNG -7%), which had already given back Monday's gains in today's trading, drops 10.2% AH after announcing it will issue 33M shares.
Chip equipment maker FormFactor (FORM) drops 8% AH after warning it expects Q4 revenue of $28M-$31M, below prior guidance of $30M-$34M, and much lower than the $43.9M reported in the year-ago period. The company claims industry conditions, which were weak to begin with, "have further deteriorated over the last two months."
