Rambus (RMBS) gains 7.8% AH after announcing a 5-year patent license agreement with Broadcom (BRCM), 

Eastman Kodak (EK) jumps 23.8% AH after announcing it's selling its gelatin business (Eastman Gelatine) to privately-owned Vion Foods, and has elected General Counsel Laura Quatela as President. Quatela will hold the position in tandem with current President Philip Faraci.

Momenta Pharmaceuticals (MNTA) gains 5.7% AH after announcing it has entered into a collaboration with Baxter (BAX) to develop a class of drugs called biosimilars. As part of the deal, Baxter will make a $33M up-front payment to Momenta related to the development of six drug compounds, and "may make additional payments over the next several years
