Align Technology (ALGN): Q1 EPS of $0.27 beats by $0.06. Revenue of $135M (+29% Y/Y) beats by $7M. Align Technology (ALGN): Q1 beats across the board on a 29% Y/Y jump in revenue. Invisalign volume was stong, with sales revenue increasing by 17% Y/Y. The company also raises Q2 guidance, now expecting to earn $0.26 - $0.28 per share on revenue of $140M - $144M. Street estimates are for an EPS of $0.24 on revenue of $136M. Shares +13% AH

Texas Instruments (TXN): Q1 EPS of $0.32 beats by $0.03. Revenue of $3.1B (-8% Y/Y) in-line. Texas Instruments' Q1: TI expects Q2 revenue of $3.22B-$3.48B and EPS (exc. one-time charges) of $0.36-$0.44, compared with a consensus of $3.29B and $0.40. Analog sales fell only 1% Q/Q in spite of seasonality, which suggests TI is benefiting from synergies related to the National Semi acquisition. Wireless chip sales  fell 48% Q/Q and 43% Y/Y - Nokia definitely played a role, but did Amazon as well? TXN +3.8% AH

Hexcel (HXL): Q1 EPS of $0.39 beats by $0.06. Revenue of $400M (+21% Y/Y) beats by $29M. Shares +4.5% AH

Rent-A-Center (RCII): Q1 EPS of $0.87 beats by $0.02. Revenue of $835M (+12.5% Y/Y) beats by $25M

Netflix (NFLX): Q1 EPS of -$0.08 beats by $0.19. Revenue of $870M (+28% Y/Y) in-line.Netflix's Q2 guidance: The company sees domestic streaming subs rising to just 23.6M-24.2M in Q2, and international subs to just 3.45M-4M. DVD subs are seen falling to 8.95M-9.35M. Revenue of $873M-$895M is expected for Q2, below a consensus of $897.4M. EPS of -$0.10 to $0.14 is expected, above a consensus of -$0.17. NFLX -14.2% AH

Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX): Q1 Earnings Preview 2012 - 4/23/12

Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX) will be releasing last fiscal quarter's results after the closing bell on April 23, 2012. We can review how Netflix has executed for investors recently. Netflix trades an average of 4.6 million shares per day and has a market cap of $5.9 Billion.

What To Expect:

For the current quarter, management expects loss per share to be in the range of 49 cents to 16 cents. The Zacks Consensus EPS Estimate is pegged at a loss of 27 cents per share. Net loss is expected to be in the range of $27.0 million to $9.0 million.

Domestic and International revenue is expected to be in the range of $496.0 million to $511.0 million and $38.0 million to $44.0 million, respectively. Domestic DVD revenue is expected to be in the range of $308.0 million to $322.0 million for the first quarter of 2012. For the quarter, the Zacks Consensus Estimate projects Netflix to earn revenues of $867 million.

Management expects subscribers in the consolidated domestic market and in the international market to range from 22.8 million to 23.6 million and from 2.5 million to 3.1 million, respectively. The U.S. DVD subscriber base is expected to be in the range of 9.4 million to 10.0 million.

Management expects the subscriber growth to be negatively impacted by increasing attrition rate in the DVD segment. However, management expects strong growth in streaming customer base in both US and International in 2012.

From a month ago, the stock has decreased in price -6.96%, with a change from a year ago of -54.13%.The stock is performing extremely well when compared to the general stock market up to this point. When comparing to the S&P 500, the year up to date positive change is 39.66%.

The bottom line has rising earnings year-over-year of $226.13 million for vs. $160.85 million for .The company's earnings before interest and taxes are rising with an EBIT year-over-year of $376.07 million for vs. $283.64 million for .The short interest is relatively high at 17.03%.

Molycorp Inc. (MCP)-  Molycorp (MCP) was down last week.New support located at $28.82 and resistance area is $33.Share of  Molcorp (MCP) trade under $30 November which is good for 1/2 long my position for 2012, I am long for 2nd  half go long for low $23s. I believe that stock could see $50 stock next 12 months.But stock is short term overbought last week, I sold near $35 and I want buy back near $28 again this week. But I am still trading for short term weekly trade because I  want to make some weekly gain in my account.This is my one of the Top Pick for 2012.
