Europe market closing price:European stocks close with solid losses in a weirdly quiet session where stocks opened down and pretty much sat there for the rest of the day. Stoxx 50 -1.2%, Germany -1.3%, France -1.2%, Italy -1.7%, Spain -0.8%, U.K. -0.5%. The euro -0.5% to $1.2967.
