After Hours News: 
Packaging of America (PKG): Q2 EPS of $0.49 beats by $0.04. Revenue of $712M (+7.1% Y/Y) beats by $21M. Shares +3.3% AH.
 
Codexis (CDXS) +11.4% AH after signing an exclusive negotiation agreement with Royal Dutch Shell (RDS.A, RDS.B) which would grant to CDXS certain rights and licenses in the biofuels field to develop and sell cellulase enzymes to third parties on a worldwide basis except Brazil

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals (PPHM): FQ4 beats on a per share basis, but comes up short on revenue due to a 23% Y/Y decline in total sales. Total revenues for FY12 were $15.2M however, compared to $13.5M in the prior year period. The Y/Y increase was primarily attributed to a boost in contract manufacturing revenue from it's subsidiary Avid Bioservices. Shares +2.8% AH

Yahoo's CEO switch: The NYT reports Mayer, who was in charge of Google Maps, Earth, and Places, has resigned from Google (GOOG), and starts at Yahoo tomorrow. She claims one of her top priorities will be bringing in fresh talent to Yahoo, which has seen a huge brain drain. Mayer has an engineering background, and could embrace a different strategy than the media-focused Ross Levinsohn, who struck a flurry of content deals during his time as interim CEO. YHOO now +1.6% AH

J.B. Hunt Transport Services (JBHT): Q2 EPS of $0.67 beats by $0.01. Revenue of $1.26B (+10% Y/Y) misses by $40M. Shares -1.8% AH
 
Cheniere Energy (LNG) -4.4% AH following its announcement of a 20M share common stock offering. LNG says it intends to use the net proceeds to repay the $204M principal amount outstanding of the 2.25% convertible notes due Aug. 1, 2012, for capital expenditures on the Creole Trail Pipeline and for general corporate purposes.
 
Mattress Firm (MFRM) are getting hammered in after-hours trading, now down over 7.7% after lowering its sales outlook. The firm now expects to earn a Q2 EPS $0.27 - $0.29, below previous estimates of $0.26 - $0.29. Sales are now expected be come in around $270M - $275M, missing expectations of $274M. Shares -7.7% AH
