Europe market closing price: Europe closes in the green, but about 1% off session highs as Spain firms up the details on its bank bailout. Stoxx 50 +0.6%, Germany +0.8%, France +0.6%, Italy +0.4%, Spain +0.6%, U.K. +0.6%. The euro -0.6% to a 2-year low of $1.2250.
