Europe market closing price: European shares close mostly lower, extending their losing streak to 3 sessions following the ECB rate cut. Stoxx 50 -0.2%, Germany -0.3%, France -0.2%, Italy +0.7%, Spain -0.6%, U.K. -0.6%. The euro bounces a bit off of a 2-year low, +0.1% to $1.2301.
