Comtech Telecommunications (CMTL): FQ3 EPS of $0.29 beats by $0.05. Revenue of $99.8M (-24% Y/Y) beats by $2M. Shares +3% AH

Francesca's Holdings (FRAN): Q1 EPS of $0.20 beats by $0.03. Revenue of $61.3M (+48.6% Y/Y) beats by $1M. Shares +8% AH.

Molina Healthcare (MOH) says the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services has upheld the protest filing of its Ohio health plan and recommended it be awarded a Medicaid managed care provider agreement for the entire state. Shares +20% AH

Altera (ALTR) up 1.2% AH after updating guidance and confirming expectations of 14%-18% Q/Q revenue growth in Q2. The firm's 40nm and 28nm products will be "up strongly" from Q1. The stock had closed down 2.2%

International Game Technology (IGT) receives a unanimous recommendation from the Nevada Gaming Control Board for an interactive online gaming service provider and manufacturer license. Nevada is the first U.S. state to adopt statutes to allow online gaming. Shares +3.3% AH
 
Cooper Companies (COO): FQ2 EPS of $1.12 misses by $0.08. Revenue of $344.6M (+6% Y/Y) misses by $6M.Shares -5% AH.
