CalAmp (CAMP): Q1 EPS of $0.18 beats by $0.01. Revenue of $43.9M (+27% Y/Y) beats by $0.4M. Shares +0.7% AH.

Tibco (TIBX) guides on its FQ2 earnings for FQ3 revenue of $255M-$265M and EPS of $0.25-$0.27, which compares with a consensus of $260.6M and $0.27. Shares +1.5% 

EXFO Electro-Optical Engineering (EXFO): FQ3 EPS of -$0.06 misses by $0.08. Revenue of $59.5M (-13% Y/Y) misses by $1M. Shares -2.8% AH

Research In Motion (RIMM): FQ1 EPS of -$0.37 misses by $0.36. Revenue of $2.81B (-43% Y/Y) misses by $300M. 7.8M BlackBerries shipped, down from FQ4's 11.1M. 260K PlayBooks shipped, down from FQ4's 500K. Operating loss expected for FQ2. BlackBerry 10 smartphones now expected in calendar Q1 2013. Shares -15% AH.

Ford (F) -2.5% AH after its CFO says international losses would triple in Q2, primarily because of much weaker European sales, and it could close an assembly plant in Europe should demand keep falling. Ford lost $190M in Q1 in its international operations, with Europe accounting for nearly 80%; it had forecast Q2 international losses would be roughly the same as Q1.

Nike (NKE): FQ4 EPS of $1.17 misses by $0.20. Revenue of $6.5B (+12% Y/Y) in-line. Shares -7.1% AH
