Churchill Downs (CHDN): Q1 EPS of $0.08 may not be comparable to consensus of by -$0.11. Revenue of $138M (+5% Y/Y) beats by $3M. Shares +5.5% AH

Portfolio Recovery Associates (PRAA): Q1 EPS of $1.47 beats by $0.15. Revenue of $140M (+25% Y/Y) beats by $7M. Shares +3.5% AH

Ulta Salon (ULTA) +3.4% AH after preannouncing FQ1 revenue of $452M-$460M and EPS of $0.52-$0.53, which compares with a consensus of $459.8M and $0.48. Same-store sales rose 10.1%, exceeding guidance for 6%-8% growth. Ulta is also announcing Mousse Partners is selling 7M shares through a secondary offering. The sale represents 11% of all outstanding shares.

Giant Interactive Group (GA): Q1 EPS of $0.21 beats by $0.03. Revenue of $80.8M (+26% Y/Y) in-line. Shares +0.4% AH. 

Wynn Resorts (WYNN): Macau revenues +9.8% Y/Y, Las Vegas -8.1%. Macau REVPAR of $296, +8% Y/Y. Las Vegas REVPAR of $202, -4% Y/Y. LV table games win percentage of 22.8% within expected range, but well below 30.4% a year ago. Shares -1.7% AH.

Clean Energy (CLNE): Q1 misses on all counts despite 13% jump in overall revenue and a 23% Y/Y jump in fuel gallons delivered. Net losses were significantly higher compared to the prior year quarter however, driven by accounting adjustments and higher SG&A expenses. Shares -3.8% AH

Dendreon (DNDN): Q1 EPS -$0.70 misses by $0.07. Excluding $17M in cash and noncash severance expenses, EPS was -$0.59. Revenue of $82M in-line.Dendreon (DNDN): Q1 EPS beats on an adjusted basis but misses on a net basis due to one-time severance expenses. Net product revenue for the quarter was $82M, boosted by higher sales of Provenge, compared to $27M for the same prior year period. Shares -8.4% AH

Rackspace (RAX): Q1 EPS of $0.17 misses by $0.01. Revenue of $301.4M (+31% Y/Y) beats by $0.9M. Rackspace's Q1: Shares were priced to perfection after rallying ~30% from late January. Server count rose 3% Q/Q to 82.4K, and total customers rose 5% to 180.8K. This compares with flat server growth and 7% customer growth in Q4. Capex was $82M, or 27.2% of revenue. Operating cash flow was $70M, down from $88.3M in year-ago period. RAX -12.9% AH.

MAKO Surgical (MAKO): Q1 EPS of -$0.28 misses by $0.08. Revenue of $19.6M (+50.7% Y/Y) misses by $4M. Mako Surgical (MAKO) are down hard in post-session trade after the company misses Q1 estimates across the board. The company reported a loss of -$0.28 per share on revenue of $19M. Consensus estimates were for an EPS loss of -$0.20 on revenues of $24M.Shares -27.6% AH
