Europe market closing price: European shares close mostly higher, bouncing sharply off of earlier lows set as Spain unveiled its bank reform/rescue plans. Stoxx 50 +0.3%, Germany +1%, France flat, Italy +0.4%, Spain -0.7%, U.K. +0.6%. Euro flat at $1.2936.
