Europe market closing price:Europe closes sharply lower, the sell-off starting as Greece's Tsipras - the ball for forming a government currently in his party's court - calls his country's bailout pledges "null and void." For the moment, the odds are stacked against him being able to create a governing coalition. Stoxx 50 -2%, Germany -1.9%, France -2.8%, Italy -2.2%, Spain -0.8%, U.K. -1.8%
