After Hours News:
3D Systems (DDD) +3.7% AH on news it will be joining the S&P SmallCap 600 after Thursday's close. The company will be replacing Taleo (TLEO), which is being acquired by Oracle.

Shares of development-stage mobile phone software maker Vringo (VRNG +87.9%) nearly doubled today, apparently thanks to a weekend article by Tech Crunch’s James Altucher, in which he argues VRNG might stand to gain billions of dollars in a patent suit against Google (GOOG +0.9%) that could send shares of the search giant "to $0." Shares +5.4% AH.
 
Urban Outfitters Inc. (NASDAQ:URBN) is currently trading at $30.7 up 3.9% in after-hours on 24230 shares traded. URBN is trading 5.44% above its 50 day moving average and 8.31% above its 200 day moving average. URBN is -12.86% below its 52-week high and 37.59% above its 52-week low. URBN’s PE ratio is 24.46 and their market cap is $4.20B.

SBA Communications (SBAC) files a secondary offering to sell 5.25M shares of common stock for holders. BofA Merrill Lynch is acting as sole underwriter for the offering. Shares -2.3% AH. 

Cavium (CAVM) says Q1 results will miss guidance, coming in approximately 6% to 7% lower than revenue in Q4. The company notes revenues during the Q1 increased sequentially in its enterprise and data center markets, but declined in its service provider and broadband and consumer markets due to inventory de-stocking and delays in program depoyments. Shares -3.5% AH
