Resources Connection (RECN): FQ3 EPS of $0.10 beats by $0.02. Revenue of $143.3M (+4.1% Y/Y) in-line. Shares +4.6%

Red Hat's (RHT) FQ4: The company's deferred revenue balance hit $946.7M, +16% Q/Q and +23% Y/Y, and representing a major pickup in growth from FQ3. This contributed to free cash flow of $114.1M, nearly twice the company's $57.2M in net income. Gross margin hit 85%, up 200 bps Y/Y. $76.3M worth of shares were repurchased. RHT +5.3% AH

Paychex (PAYX): FQ3 comes in line with estimates on a 4.1% increase in revenue. Total service revenue increased 8% to $558.5M, while Human Resource Services revenue increased 12% to $172.0M. -1.4% AH
 
Quest Software (QSFT -2.5%) falls to $23.36 after DealReporter writes the company's efforts to find a bidder willing to top Insight Venture Partners' $23/share offer aren't generating much interest. Speculation has run high  that a major enterprise tech company will bid for the systems management software vendor.

Verint Systems (VRNT): Q4 EPS of $0.75 beats by $0.07. Revenue of $219M (+13.4% Y/Y) beats by $7M. Shares -0.6% AH.
