Bank of America (BAC) +2.1% AH after issuing a denial that it has any plans to issue shares, contrasting a market rumor that sent shares sliding late in the day. BofA did sell debt today, which the bank is likely to do as a way of financing activity, but a debt sale is far different than a share sale

Michael Kors (KORS) raises its FY12 EPS outlook to $0.79 - $0.81, above the consensus estimate of $0.67, and revenue to be in the range of $1.27B - $1.28B, near-to-slightly below Street estimates of $1.28B. Adobe's (ADBE) FQ1: Deferred revenue rose 3% Q/Q to $549M. The company expects FQ2 revenue of $1.09B-$1.14B and EPS of $0.57-$0.61, in-line with a consensus of $1.1B and $0.60. Taking into account its $400M acquisition of Efficient Frontier, Adobe expects FY12 revenue growth of 6%-8% and EPS of $2.38-$2.48, compared with a consensus of 4.7% growth and $2.42.
