Research In Motion (RIMM) rises 1.9% AH after David Einhorn's Greenlight Capital discloses a 2.9M share stake in the struggling smartphone maker. Einhorn offered mildly positive remarks on RIM during a recent talk

Valmont Industries (VMI): Q4 EPS of $1.83 beats by $0.17. Revenue of $752.7M (+25.7% Y/Y) beats by $72M. Shares +4.4% AH 

American Capital (ACAS): Q4 adjusted EPS blows away estimates, largely due to a $428M deferred tax benefit recognized during the quarter. Shares +4.1% AH

MetLife (MET): Q4 EPS of $1.31 beats by $0.06. Revenue of $16.4B (+19% Y/Y) misses by $400M. Shares +1.3% AH.

Hittite Microwave (HITT): Q4 EPS of $0.69 beats by $0.16. Revenue of $60.2M (-8,2% Y/Y) beats by $1M. Shares -1.4% AH.      

Zynga (ZNGA): Q4 EPS of $0.05 beats by $0.02. Revenue of $311.2M (+59% Y/Y) beats by $8.8M Bookings of $306.5M (+26% Y/Y) beat by $16M. Company expects 2012 bookings of $1.35B-$1.45B (growth weighted towards 2H). Expects 2012 EPS of $0.24-$0.28, above $0.22 consensus. Shares -0.9% AH
