After Hours News:
TiVo (TIVO) jumps 14.9% AH after AT&T (T +0.2% AH) agrees to pay about $215M to settle a patent lawsuit - about $51M up front and regular payments through 2018.

Landec (LNDC) beat FQ2 expectations on a 63% Y/Y jump in profit, as the packaging company's Apio food-products business benefited from higher volume and solid export growth. Shares +4.2% AH.

UQM Technologies (UQM) receives an order for 100 additional PowerPhase HD Select 200 systems from Electric Vehicles International (EVI) that will drive its all-electric UPS delivery vans. Shares +1.4% AH

Team Inc. (TISI) FQ2 beats across-the-board as earnings rose 28% Y/Y on double-digit revenue growth across its major geographic markets. The company also raises its FY12 EPS estimate to $1.55 - $1.70, and its revenue view to $585 - $610M. Shares +3.7% AH
 
Acme Packet (APKT) lowers guidance, seeing 2011 revenue of $308M-$310M against consensus of $318M. EPS are lowered to $1.03-$1.05 against consensus of $1.14. "Our results were impacted by uncertainty in the North American service provider market," says CEO Andy Ory. Shares to resume trading momentarily.Acme Packet (APKT) resumes trading after cutting guidance. Shares -20% AH
 
Progress Software (PRGS) beats Q4 estimates, reporting an EPS of $0.34 on revenue of $136M. The company lowers guidance for FQ1 however, now seeing an EPS of $0.25 on revenue of $120M, below consensus EPS expectations of $0.38 on $132M in revenue. Shares -6.5% AH

National Instruments (NATI) says it expects its Q4 revenue to miss expectations, citing a slowdown in revenue growth in Europe. It now says revenue will be around $277M, below its October estimate of $282 - $302M. Shares -6% AH.

Biopharmaceutical developer Amarin (AMRN) dips in after-hours trading after announcing its wholly owned Irish subsidiary, Corsicanto Limited, has commenced a $150M debt offering of exchangeable senior notes due 2032. Shares -8.5% AH.

BioMimetic Therapeutics (BMTI) tanks in the post-trading session after the FDA says its proposed bone-graft device, Augment, wouldn't be approved without more information from previous studies. The company says it plans to submit the necessary information by the middle of the year. Shares -10.7% AH
