Seagate Technology (STX) offers upward revenue guidance for the next two quarters: FQ2 is now $2.8B expected vs. the consensus estimate of $2.65B, FQ3 is $3.75B expected vs. $3.22B consensus. While its component and disk drive factories have not been directly affected by floods in Thailand, the company says component supply has been constrained. STX +5.4% AH.
Ormat Technologies (ORA +4.8%) finished higher today after announcing it's signed a $65M contract and credit agreement with Lightning Dock Geothermal, a subsidiary of privately held Cyrq Energy, in connection with the construction of a geothermal project in New Mexico.

Susser Holdings (SUSS) drops 3.7% AH after announcing plans to issue 3.5M shares, good for proceeds of $88M based on today's close. Susser plans to use the proceeds to boost its 2012 store expansion program.
S&P downgrades Netflix to BB- from BB with stable outlook, reflecting "our expectation that escalating content commitments will lower profitability over the intermediate term ... and a return of domestic subscriber growth could occur slightly later than we expected." Shares -1.3% AH
