Blue Coat Systems, Inc. (BCSI)- a leading provider of Web security and WAN optimization solutions, today reported financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2011. Total net revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 2012 was $114.1 million compared with net revenue of $109.5 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2012 and $121.0 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2011.Shares +17.4% AH.

Nike (NKE) announces a healthy 16% increase in its quarterly dividend, boosting the payout to $0.36/share and yield to 1.6%. Shares +0.4% AH.
 
Marvell Technology (MRVL): Q3 EPS of $0.40 beats by $0.01. Revenue of $950M (-1.0% Y/Y) beats by $9M. Shares +0.4% AH.
 
Aruba Networks (ARUN): FQ1 EPS of $0.14 in-line. Revenue of $119.4M (+44% Y/Y) misses by $3M. Shares +1.4% AH.
