After Hours News:  
Oneok Partners (OKS) +3.2% AH after saying it expects 2013 net income to increase 10% to the $935M-$1.015B range vs. previous guidance of $860M-$910M issued in July, reflecting increased higher volumes gathered and processed in the natural gas and natural gas liquids segments

Forward Air (FWRD) cuts its Q3 EPS view to $0.39 - $0.41, down from its prior view of $0.47 - $0.51, citing weaker August airport-to-airport daily tonnage volumes. The company says that freight volumes started becoming inconsistent in August compared to the prior year and turned negative during the past week. Shares -8% AH

Chesapeake Energy (CHK) declares $0.0875/share quarterly dividend, in line with previous. Forward yield 1.81%. For shareholders of record Oct 15. Payable Oct 31. Ex-div date Oct 11. Shares -0.4% AH
 
Paychex (PAYX): FQ1 EPS of $0.42 beats by $0.01. Revenue of $578M (+3% Y/Y) beats by $21M. Shares -2.5% AH.

Red Hat (RHT): Q2 EPS of $0.28 misses by $0.01. Revenue of $323M (+15% Y/Y) in-line. Shares -2.9% AH.
