Stock Upgrades and Downgrades: PCS, TOL, MBLX, WPI, OXY, LEN - 12/12/11

MetroPCS (PCS), Toll (TOL), Metabolix (MBLX), Watson Pharmaceuticals (WPI), Occidental Petroleum (OXY), Lennar downgraded (LEN) were upgraded or downgraded by analysts.

MetroPCS (PCS) upgraded to Outperform from Neutral at Credit.They upgraded MetroPCS based on reduced spectrum capacity spend. The firm believes a 2.5GHZ spectrum purchase will require a lower cash outlay than expected. Price target lowered to $10 from $12.

Toll (TOL) Brothers downgraded to Hold from Buy at KeyBanc .KeyBanc downgraded Toll Brothers based on valuation and modest earnings growth.

Metabolix (MBLX) initiated with a Neutral at JP Morgan Target $5.

Watson Pharmaceuticals (WPI) upgraded to Buy from Outperform at CLSA .CLSA upgraded Watson Pharmaceuticals based on valuation. Price target $80.

Occidental Petroleum (OXY) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Citigroup.They downgraded.Occidental Petroleum citing valuation but raised its price target for shares to $100 from $86.

Lennar downgraded (LEN) to Hold from Buy at KeyBanc.KeyBanc downgraded Lennar based on valuation.

Roche (RHHBY) upgraded to Outperform from Neutral at Credit Suisse.

Rubicon Technology (RBCN) upgraded to Neutral from Underperform at Sterne Agee. Sterne Agee upgraded Rubicon based on valuation. Price target raised to $9 from $6.

Statoil (STO) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Goldman.

AXIS Capital (AXS) upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at Keefe Bruyette. Keefe Bruyette upgraded AXIS Capital citing valuation and the company's growth opportunities. The firm raised its price target for shares to $42 from $35.

PNM Resources (PNM) downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo downgraded PNM Resources citing valuation and concerns about the New Mexico regulatory environment. The firm lowered its target range for shares to $17.50-$18.50 from $18.50-$19.50.

Hallador Energy (HNRG) initiated with a Hold at Dahlman Rose.

Bally Technologies (BYI) upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at JP Morgan.They Price target raised to $47 from $35.

Shares of Goldman Sachs Group (GS) was test over $101  Friday.But stock is long term buy here depend on market.Goldman Sachs next major resistance $105 followed by $108. Goldman Sachs is now a strong buy below $90 any market correction which will be good buying opportunity.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) is closed $5.72 on Friday which is short term bullish  and stock has short term support $5.12 and long term support area is $5.Next resistance area is $6.59 which weekly resistance area now.BAC will now have resistance at $8.88.This is my one of the Top Pick for 2012.

The following is Citigroup Inc  (C) Technical analysis for December 12, 2011

Citi group Inc C  Resistance, pivot & Support Levels - 12/12/2011

Resistance levels: $30.69, $29.98, $29.37

Pivot point: $28.66

Support levels: $28.05, $27.34, $26.73

Share of Citigroup is closed at $28.77 which is bullish side now. Stock has news 21s which is support for going forward  and stock is need to hold $21.Share of Citigroup Inc.(C)is break out $30 which is now new resistance area. Citigroup has next big resistance will be over $36. If C  has next support level near $21 which is good buying opportunity  for long term. I think time to buy long term  buy in low $20s because there is some bounce stock can go $34-$36 area.This is my one of the Top Pick for 2012.
