Dendreon (DNDN -16.4%) is tanking in early trading. A possible culprit is the company's guidance for a Q1 sales decline, though Street estimates had already forecast a sales drop.

Chelsea Therapeutics (CHTP +8.8%) continues its meteoric rise after Thursday's news that an FDA advisory panel recommended approval of its Northera drug for treatment of symptomatic neurogenic orthostatic hypotension in patients with primary autonomic failure, such as Parkinson’s disease. Shares are up ~76% since the announcement.

Tibet Pharmaceuticals (TBET) +158.3% premarket after announcing its intent to accept a "going private" proposal by CEO Hong Yu. In view of "market bias" towards Chinese companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges and its past stock performance, he offers to purchase all shares he does not already own for $3.00/share.

Gilead Sciences (GILD), in freefall this morning on disappointing trial results, presents a good buying opportunity, says Deutsche Bank. DB believes a disaster scenario is unlikely and that additional data will look better, allowing Gilead to take more than 15% marketshare. DB maintains its $66 price target; GILD -18.3% to $44.79.
