Same-store sales rose 10.1%, exceeding guidance for 6%-8% growth. Ulta is also announcing Mousse Partners is selling 7M shares through a secondary offering. The sale represents 11% of all outstanding shares.

Server count rose 3% Q/Q to 82.4K, and total customers rose 5% to 180.8K. This compares with flat server growth and 7% customer growth in Q4. Capex was $82M, or 27.2% of revenue. Operating cash flow was $70M, down from $88.3M in year-ago period. RAX -12.9% AH.
MAKO Surgical (MAKO): Q1 EPS of -$0.28 misses by $0.08. Revenue of $19.6M (+50.7% Y/Y) misses by $4M. Mako Surgical (MAKO) are down hard in post-session trade after the company misses Q1 estimates across the board. The company reported a loss of -$0.28 per share on revenue of $19M.
