Intel (INTC) ticks lower AH after Morgan Stanley starts coverage with an Underweight and $26 PT. On the flip side, Altera (ALTR) is edging higher thanks to an upgrade to Overweight. The firm is also starting coverage on SanDisk (SNDK) at Overweight, and AMD and Nvidia (NVDA) at Equal Weight

Tilly's (TLYS): Q1 EPS of $0.18 beats by $0.04. Revenue of $96.5M (+16% Y/Y). Shares +0.4% AH

Coldwater Creek (CWTR): Q1 EPS of -$0.20 misses by $0.01. Revenue of $169.9M (-5.5% Y/Y) misses by $4M. Shares -6% AH.

Taomee Holdings (TAOM): Q1 EPS of $0.04 in-line. Revenue of $10.4M (+20.9% Y/Y) beats by $1M.

F5 Networks (FFIV) -6.1% AH after announcing sales chief Mark Anderson has resigned, and will be replaced by Americas sales VP Dave Feringa. Sales exec departures at enterprise IT companies often follow disappointing performances - BMC Software is a recent example. William Blair reported in April F5's sales force "was aggressive in trying to close deals" at the end of FQ2

TiVo (TIVO): Q1 EPS of -$0.17 misses by $0.01. Revenue of $54.5M (+16% Y/Y) misses by $0.4M. Shares -5.4% AH
