Gap's (GPS) comparable-store sales increase of 2% was led higher by a 6% gain at Gap North America and 8% rise at Banana Republic that helped offset negative growth at Old Navy and a tepid 1% increase in its International division. YTD net sales are up 5% to $4.59B. Shares -0.5% premarket.
Saks (SKS) same-store sales: +4.0% beats consensus of +2.5%.
Wet Seal (WTSLA) same-store sales: -8.8% misses consensus of -8.3%.
Buckle (BKE) same-store sales: +0.2% misses consensus of +3.3%.
Bon-Ton Stores (BONT) same-store sales: +1.5%
Limited Brands (LTD) reports May same-store sales rose 6% to $671.9M, paced by a 9% gain at Victoria's Secret and a 7% rise at Bath & Body Works
