Below is a list of some of the story stocks to watch for February 21, 2011 

Threshold Pharmaceuticals Inc.(THLD) Shares of Threshold were up 57% to $5.55 in Tuesday pre-market trading. The stock closed Friday at $3.53 per share.

URS Corp. (URS) rose 4.8 percent to $44.97 and advanced to $45.41 earlier, the highest intraday price since July 8. The San Francisco-based construction company agreed to buy Flint Energy Services Ltd. (FES CN) for C$1.25 billion ($1.26 billion) in cash to add projects servicing oil and natural gas producers in Western Canada.

Wynn Resorts Ltd. (WYNN) rose the most in the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index, gaining 7.4 percent to $120.99. Japanese billionaire Kazuo Okada’s Universal Entertainment Corp. (6425 JP) said it will take legal action after Wynn Resorts, a casino operator, forcibly redeemed Universal’s stake at a 31 percent discount and accused Okada of improper payments.
