After Hours Earning News:

G-III Apparel (GIII) soars 14.2% AH trading after reporting FQ3 revenue of $510M (+13% Y/Y) and EPS of $2.16, beating consensus by $12.5M and $0.02. G-III's guidance for FY12 (ends Jan. 31) is mixed: revenue of $1.25B is slightly above Street forecasts, but EPS of $2.50-$2.60 falls below a $2.80 consensus.

Pacific Sunwear (PSUN) skies 40% AH after announcing a deal with its landlords to close 175-200 underperforming stores and new financing from its lenders.

Armour Residential REIT (ARR) announces an 8M share secondary offering, with an option to purchase up to 1.2M additional shares as warranted. Deutsche will act as the sole bookrunning manager of the offering. Shares -3.4% AH

THQ (THQI -11%) warns it expects its FQ3 revenue to be roughly 25% below prior guidance of $510M-$550M, on account of weaker-than-expected sales of its uDraw graphics tablet for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Today's major decline in THQ shares suggests some knew about the news in advance.
