Cliffs Natural pulls notes tender offer
- Cliffs Natural Resources (NYSE:CLF) says it is terminating its previously announced tender offer for up to $600M of its outstanding notes, citing unfavorable market rates as it postpones refinancing plans.
- CLF says it "has ample liquidity and strong financial flexibility [and] will be patient and disciplined in assessing the capital markets."
- CLF -2.2% premarket.
