Barnes & Noble's (BKS) Nook still has some fight left in it, as a report from ad network Chitika shows that its share of traffic beat out the numbers generated by the Amazon (AMZN) Kindle Fire. A win is a win, although in context, the two companies are essentially fighting over tables scraps with iPads generating just over 91% of all tablet traffic
