Corcept Therapeutics (CORT), a specialty drug company that hasn’t generated revenue since 2009, wins FDA approval for its Korlym treatment that uses the active ingredient of the abortion pill RU-486 to treat Cushing’s Syndrome. Shares +42.5% after a trading halt

Blackstone (BX) has halted talks to acquire Brocade Communications (BRCD -2.2%) because the stock's price rose too high to make a leveraged buyout attractive, according to a Bloomberg report issued minutes prior to the market close. The maker of switches for data storage networks has been looking for a buyer since 2009

Codexis (CDXS) falls 12.9% AH after announcing CEO Alan Shaw has resigned to "pursue other interests." Peter Strumph, head of the company's pharmaceuticals division, will serve as interim CEO while the board searches for a full-time replacement. Codexis shares tumbled last week following the company's Q4 miss.
