Transcept Pharmaceuticals (TSPT) jumps in the post-session after the company announces its will resubmit its New Drug Application to the FDA seeking its approval of Intermezzo. Earlier today the FDA had notified the company that it generally agreed with its new proposals following the drug's rejection in July. Shares +13.7% AH. 

Rockwell Collins (COL) reaffirms FY11 guidance and announces a $700M increase to its share repurchase program. EPS will be around $4.40 to $4.60, compared to the Street estimates of $4.05, and revenue will be between $4.9B and $5B versus a consensus of $4.84B. Shares +1.9% AH. 

Shares of Clarcor (CLC) are down 8.4% AH after the firm misses on EPS and revenue for Q3, and guides FY11 EPS to $2.25-$2.40 vs. $2.42 consensus.
