After Hours News:  
Ctrip.com (CTRP) +2.5% AH after announcing a $140M convertible senior note offering its management and board will participate in. Ctrip insiders, including its chairman, CEO, CFO, and COO will buy $40M of the notes, which are due 2017 and can be converted into Ctrip shares at an undefined price. The company had $60M of debt on its balance sheet as of June 30

Goldcorp (GG) announces a secondary offering of more than 8.4M common shares of Primero Mining (PPP) at C$5.25/share, or ~9% of GG's interest in Primero. PPP will not receive any proceeds from the offering. PPP -5.6% AH.
